Mr Siddiq is a Consultant ENT Surgeon at Burton Hospitals NHS Trust at Queens Hospital, Burton, as well as Tamworth and Lichfield hospitals.He has expertise in a wide range of ENT conditions in adults and children, including nasal conditions, problems with snoring, and voice disorders.He specialises in otology and is able to help patients with symptoms such as hearing loss, pain, discharge, itching and tinnitus. He is able to perform a range of ear operations including for chronic ear disease and complex hearing reconstruction such as stapedectomy for Otosclerosis and ossiculoplasty. He also has expertise in endoscopic ear surgery and has specialist training in balance disorders and dizziness.Mr Siddiq gained his medical qualifications from the University of Sheffield in 1992 before undertaking higher specialist training. He later completed a fellowship in otology and was also awarded a JLO Travelling fellowship to the prestigious Otology centre in Bezier, France.He is dedicated to medical education and has held roles such as Regional Surgical Advisor to the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. Additionally, he is an MRCS examiner for the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.He is a member of a number of professional organisations including the British Society of Otology and ENT UK.
